Crisis are the inevitable element of functioning of the economy and are the factor which force the need of searching new management solutions guaranteeing enterprise achieving its goals. Global financial crisis of the first and second decade of current century was the first world crisis made by economy based on knowledge. Its causes had their source mainly in the financial sector for which prosperity of earlier years came to be the factor of devaluating economy risk significantly. Global crisis made by COVID-19 pandemic has its own source in the non-economic sphere but its extent and multifaceted influence is still existing in many economy sectors. Ukrainian war which started in February 2022 induced next global crisis which has its source in political sphere. Sanction put on Russia by the international community and Ukrainian economy paralysis became the next reason of the global, political and social crisis in the global dimension. In the context of mentioned crises the processes of the progressive globalization and market deregulation which cause e.g. growing interdependence of the national economy provoke stronger than till now influence of the crisis situations which appear on the local markets on functioning of the whole region as well as the world economy system. In this case the black side of globalization is revealed and it is a factor which favors the spreading and deepening of crises situation in world economy. That is why creating the concept of the this year conference we decided that it is very reasonable to organize the forum for wide and multifaceted discussion indicating how the economy and enterprises can protect themselves from the negative influence of the crises situations and what actions they should undertake to adjust to function in crisis and post-crisis reality efficiently.
